For example, in the past it has come to our attention the Maple Financial name and/or logo has been used or reproduced without permission in connection with purported lotteries, sweepstakes, loan programs and/or similar events with which Maple Financial has not been associated. The unauthorized use of Maple Financial trade-marks and other intellectual property is strictly prohibited and Maple Financial reserves all rights in such cases, including reporting suspected fraud to the appropriate authorities. 

Please note that Maple Financial never solicits or otherwise requests customers to provide bank account details or other personal financial information through emails. Only provide such information to an authorized Maple Financial representative via phone or in person.
